Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NailsMassageSpa. By booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Booking & Appointments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • To secure an appointment for certain packages (e.g., full-day Spa treatments), we may require a valid credit/debit card on file or a non-refundable deposit.
  • You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS once your booking is successfully processed.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and our therapists' schedules. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are free of charge.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.

 

3. Arrival & Late Policy

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary consultation forms.
  • If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client. The full service fee will still apply.

 

4. Health & Safety

  • For your safety, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy at the time of booking.
  • Some treatments (such as specific massage techniques or chemical nail products) may require a patch test or may not be suitable for everyone.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be contraindicated or unsafe for the client.

 

5. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash.
  • VAT is included where applicable.

 

6. Gift Vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for [e.g., 6 or 12] months from the date of purchase.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

7. Right of Refusal
